About the lectures:
Kharoshthi is counted as two of the ancient scripts in the world.
The Kharoshthi script was the prevalent script used in the north-western parts of Indian subcontinent. It is an abugida script used by the people of Gandhar and Sogdia. It gained prominence during the reign of the Kushanas.
These three sessions are planned in such a way that the basic script can be understood by the participants.
